Child Safety Standards
Last updated: 26 October 2026. This page describes Loop’s child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) standards for Google Play and other app-store child safety requirements.
1. Introduction
These Child Safety Standards apply to the Loop mobile application on Google Play, published by Synergy Software & AI Company (“Synergy”), the Platform Owner / App Store publisher.
Loop (“Loop”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) is a vetted alumni social network for Bangladeshi educational institutes. We are committed to user safety and have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
Loop is not designed as a children’s product. This page explains our age eligibility rules, prohibited conduct, how to report concerns, and how we respond.
2. Age eligibility
Loop is intended for users 16 years of age or older. We do not knowingly allow accounts for children under 16. We do not design Loop as a child-directed product, and we do not market Loop primarily to children.
If we learn that an account belongs to someone under 16, we will take steps to remove or restrict that account and delete associated personal data consistent with our Privacy Policy.
3. Prohibited conduct
The following are strictly prohibited on Loop and in connection with use of the service:
- Creating, uploading, sharing, soliciting, or distributing child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
- Sexual exploitation or grooming of minors, including attempts to contact, coerce, or exploit anyone under 18 for sexual purposes
- Any content or behavior that endangers children, including facilitation of abuse or trafficking involving minors
Violations may result in immediate content removal, account suspension or permanent termination, and referral to law enforcement or other authorities where required by applicable law.
Loop’s current MVP does not include in-app direct messaging or chat. Conversations between verified members typically occur outside the app after contact details are unlocked. Prohibited conduct still applies to profiles, community content, and any use of Loop to facilitate harm.
4. How to report
If you become aware of CSAM, child exploitation, grooming, or any other child safety concern related to Loop, report it promptly by email:
- Email: info@iamlooped.com
- Suggested subject line: Child safety report
Please include, where available:
- A clear description of the concern
- Relevant user or profile links or identifiers
- Any screenshots or other supporting material
- Your contact details so we can follow up if needed
You may also reach product support via our Contact page (email and helpline). For child safety matters, prefer info@iamlooped.com so the report can be prioritized.
5. Our response
When we receive a child safety report, we:
- Review the report and available context
- Take appropriate action, which may include removing content and restricting or terminating accounts
- Escalate and report to regional or national authorities when legally required
We may not be able to share investigative details with reporters when doing so would interfere with safety, privacy, or legal obligations.
