You can request permanent deletion of your Loop account and associated personal data. This page satisfies Google Play’s public account-deletion URL requirement.

1. Step 1

   Email us from your registered address

   Send a message to support@iamlooped.com with subject line Delete my Loop account. Use the same email address registered on your Loop account so we can verify the request.

2. Step 2

   We verify and process

   After verification, we delete or anonymize personal data within 14 days. Limited records may be retained longer when required for security, payments, disputes, or legal compliance (see our Privacy Policy).

3. Step 3

   Confirmation

   You will receive an email confirmation when deletion is complete. After that, you will need a new account (and fresh Captain verification) to use Loop again.
